Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail first class, unless over £40 in which case we will use the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service. Larger orders will be shipped using Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ services. Please note that both Signed For and Special Delivery both require a signature.

Orders to addresses outside of the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ airmail, typically being delivered to mainland Europe within approximately 7-10 working days, and around 10-14 typically for the USA or Canada.

In all instances we will endevour to despatch your order within 72 hours, so typical delivery times are around 2-5 working days. Most orders are shipped on the same day as your order, but if there is a problem in fulfilling your order in a timely fashion we will notify you. For multiple item orders we will despatch in stock items immediately, with out of stock items to follow when available.

Shipping cost is very reasonable - we charge a flat rate of just £1 for the first item in your bag, and then an extra £0.30p for each item after that. This applies to orders shipped to the UK or anywhere else in the world!
